We are currently looking for volunteers to assist with trail set up and/or break down both before and after the event, event helpers for candy and SWAG distribution on one trail or to don a costume and makeup in order to scare those who dare to stroll down the haunted trail. Set up consists of helping our staff mobilize and create displays on both trails as well as tent and game set up. We have costumes available if needed for volunteers working on the trails during the event or you can wear your own, on approval (see below). Clean up is exactly what it sounds like and can often last from 9:45pm to 1am for break down of the haunted trail. We will gladly welcome anyone who would prefer to volunteer for individual stage times, multiple stage times, or the whole event. The times associated with event stages are as follows:

Set Up: Daylight to 5pm (Trick or Treat Trail opens to kids at 5:30pm)

Event Help: 4:30pm to 8:30pm (Trick or Treat Trail operation 5:30pm to 8pm)

5:30pm to 10:00pm (Haunted Trail operation 7:00pm to 9:30pm)

Break Down: 9:45pm until Finished (approximately 12:45am)

We are looking for at least 30 volunteers for each trail during the event operation times and 10-15 volunteers for the set up and break down stages. If you would like to be a part of this exciting event, please contact us by October 1st. If you have a group of volunteers that have a specific skill set or prop scene idea for the trail, please contact us with your complete skit/idea for consideration and approval.
