Help Hispanic adults learn English. Or help children in bilingual households become better readers.
Right now there is a 6 th grade student needing help. No Spanish is necessary. There are also some adults wanting to learn English. Some Spanish is needed if you desire to work with adults. Tutoring occurs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm.
Acts 2:42 Ministries (www.242ministries.org) is located in Bedford Hts. in a mobile home park. We strive to form relationships with the residents so Christ can be shared with them. One way we show Christ’s love is by English tutoring for children and adults. We also share meals with one another to further build community.
