Co lead with Tammy Zundel to provide an active DOES community through support group meetings, an educational conference and events. You will have an opportunity to create, organize and advertise support group meetings held bimonthly at the IMC Doty Education Center in Murray. Help plan the UFAN Food Allergy Conference held bi-yearly by bringing information, speakers, and classes that will pertain to the DOES community. At UFAN events you will a help add components that will pertain and give support to the DOES Community.

UFAN’s mission is to provide outreach to the newly diagnosed and the community at large, offering support, promoting education, building awareness of the severity of food allergies, anaphylaxis, eosinophilic disorders, and advocating for positive change.

Utah Food Allergy Network is a 501(c)3 non-profit food allergy resource with a medical advisory board providing safe community events, educational conferences, school assemblies, media support forums and more. UFAN is solely volunteer based organization.
