Spiritual Empowerment Facilitator will help guide and encourage spiritual growth and creates a safe, positive atmosphere of acceptance and love in which the students can share and grow. This opportunity allows facilitation of spiritual lessons with activities to help students apply principles in practical ways. Assist and support the students in preparing to lead part in a spiritual lesson, including meditation and prayers, and group discussion. The facilitator must guide, support and reference provided spiritual lessons and topics. Also, another component we off is "LIFT Got Talent" showcase their talents through Christ.

Description
Project LIFT, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, is a performance based mentoring program that provides participants with a personal mentor (Coach) to help them improve their academic performance and enhance their abilities to withstand daily challenges as a teen. During the school year, students attend academic and personal development sessions. During these sessions students focus on their goals and how to achieve them. These sessions provide academic support, mentor and peer accountability, and life skills development.
