This is awesome that you have begun the process to join our volunteer team this season with the American Airlines Center and the Dancing Divas and Dudes. We are in full swing and so excited that you will be a part of the Basketball games, Hockey games, Live concerts and events.

Volunteer with us JUST ONE TIME or as much as you like, at the American Airlines Center working in a concessions stand at the American Airlines Center in Downtown Dallas.

http://dancingdivasanddudes.blogspot.com/ Step 1: Complete the background check. The NBA requires that all volunteers who will be participating in the basketball season to undergo a background check. To ensure that every volunteer completes a background check, we need each volunteer to click the link below and complete the required forms. You will not be able to volunteer if you do not go through the background check process. Please read the following guidelines before you complete the background check authorization, disclosure and information documents.

• Every volunteer should fill out their own information and use their own email address.
• You will be taken to a page entitled "PowerForm Signer Information." Please make sure to type your full name and correct email address.
• Once you have filled out your name and email, you are ready to begin filling out your background check authorization, disclosure and information documents. Please note that once you click "Begin Signing" you will need to complete the background check forms in ONE sitting. You will not be able to go back and start another form if you begin a form and do not finish it.
• When filling out the background check documents, you will be guided to each place requiring your information by clicking the "Next" button. Please complete each red box. If a required field, other than the social security number or birthday, is not applicable to you (e.g. other names/aliases), please write in N/A.
• Please remember to use your full legal name and not a nickname or shorter version of your name.
• Only providing the last 4 digits of your SSN, or providing an inaccurate SSN will prohibit us from being able to process your background check. Levy Restaurants will not be able to complete a background check without a volunteer’s FULL SSN.
• Once all required fields have been completed a "finish" button will appear. Please press the "finish" button to submit your background check forms. Your forms will then be sent directly to the Levy Restaurants corporate office for submission.
