The 11th annual Texas Reds Festival is happening on the streets of Historic Downtown Bryan on Saturday, September 23 and Sunday, September 34. This festival would not be possible without our wonderful volunteers. Last year, we had over 500 volunteers who helped us fill 679 different shifts during the two day festival.

The festival hours are Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. We have various volunteer shifts that run from 7:45 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Those positions include ticket booth sales, floaters, wine/beer servers, band stagehand, parking lot attendants, and a few others you can find at the link below (Alcohol servers must complete a TABC certification). Volunteers will receive a t-shirt and an invitation to the Volunteer Appreciation Party Sunday evening! The 2-hour TABC can be found at www.Learn2Serve.com

Full details on the festival are listed on our website including our new events for 2017. The direct link to volunteer information can be found at http://texasresfestival.com/volunteer-opps/

To be guaranteed a shirt, volunteers must register by September 8.

If you wish to sign up in a group, we must add your group to our volunteer software. Please let us know what official name your group wishes to be registered and then all of your group members must select that name when they sign up. For every 50 hours of volunteers that sign up under your organization name, we will donate $500 to your non-profit organization or a non-profit organization of your choice. We only pay in increments of 50 hours, so 100 hours would be $1000 etc. Organizations will be paid upon hours worked and check in though our software. It is vital that your workers follow the correct check-in procedure, as we will not pay for hours not verified.

Please let us know if you have any more questions about group volunteering. We would love nothing more than to see you back for the 2017 Texas Reds Festival! Email info@texasredsfestival.com
