MISSION STATEMENT: The Willie J. Perry Foundation, is a 501-c (3) non-profit organization with the mission to establish and operate nonprofit social programs for the underserved income populations.

Description

The Willie J Perry Foundation, INC., a 501c3 , non profit organization, whose mission is to establish and operate non-profit social programs to assist individuals in underserved populations, providing a hand up not a hand out to those individuals. The Foundation is motivated to continue the Community service legacy of the late Mr. Willie J. Perry( Birmingham's Batman), who traveled this city helping others however he could in his Rescue Ship car.
To continue the legacy of Mr. Perry's several programs have been established The Wheels of Change, The Community Education Program, The Caring People Making a Difference Humanitarian Service,The Willie Perry Day, and The Annual Vanguard Leadership Awards Program.
