Crafton Public Library will be hosting a series of Girls Who Code events. Potential facilitators will need to have a demonstrated background in the following areas: Scratch, the Core4 principles (variables, conditionals, loops, and functions), Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM API. Depending on the facilitator's background and level of comfort, we will be focusing on games and animation, websites, electronics, or apps.

Description
Here at Crafton Publc Library, we we strive to make everyone feel welcome. We have a wide selection of books and various media for your enjoyment, and if we don't have what you're looking for, we can easily order the item for you from one of the many libraries in Allegheny county. We have wifi and patron computers that you can use for no cost. We have a variety of programming for many ages, from children to tweens to teens. There is a monthly book club that meets the fourth Thursday of every month.
