ORGANIZATION: RENEW Family Literacy

  • 10 people are interested

We are looking for different leadership positions to be filled as well as teachers; Our program assists refugees and immigrants with their English. We also provide citizenship classes as well.

  • We started the year in the fall of 2016 with 10 teachers and 19 students, some attending twice a week and some once a week. We grew steadily throughout the year and by the end of July 2017, 23 different teachers had reached 31 different students.
We are hoping to have more support in our leadership: people who can keep records, or be in communications, or being a host. You would be a great help for our program! Without leaders, these programs cannot exist.
