Volunteers will manage the organization of parties and field trips. Responsibilities will include keeping track of event dates and time, making sure that Wise Wonder staff is informed of the schedule and that times are not double booked; gathering materials necessary for event, including any additional materials patrons may have requested in accordance with Museum policy; preparing the event space; joining Wise Wonder staff in greeting patrons as they arrive; and conducting event/supervising patrons or assisting Wise Wonder staff in conducting event/supervising patrons attending the event.
