Guiding Lights is an internal program of do-over.me that creates and supports partnerships between do-over.me members and adults within the community. Be a "friend, mentor & advocate" to our members. Help them by providing an additional point of on-going connection. A Guiding Light must be someone who can listen, provide encouragement, brainstorm ideas and solutions and deliver practical help with difficult challenges.
Our members come from across the western suburbs and represent many different socio-economic groups. Our Guiding Lights need to be just as diverse. do-over.me’s goal is to support the unemployed, underemployed and unhappily employed with both the hard and soft skills necessary to succeed.

At do-over.me we recoognize the whole person - their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions and strive to offer programming in all these areas.
