About

The executive admin will support a busy development, communications and outreach department by assisting the director of development and community affairs with mail merges, label merges, preparation of large mailings, correspondence, filing, copying, taking notes during meetings, create presentations, manage the social media platforms and make website updates. The assistant should be meticulous in his/her work, have at least a Bachelor degree, a good mastery of English, have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, be able to multitask, have a service minded attitude and be a great representative of the organization. The volunteer should also be quick and be comfortable with (new)technology and social media. This volunteer position might evolve into a paid position.
