Thank you for your interest in supporting the moms and babies of Maggie's Place through volunteering! Symbolizing the nine months of pregnancy, this family friendly event benefits the mothers and infants at Maggie's Place. This is the 10th Annual A Race for Maggie's Place and anticipates 1,300 participants! Participants will be relying on your help to cross the finish line!
By volunteering for A Race for Maggie's Place, you will be impacting lives two at a time! Proceeds from the race directly benefit the moms and the babies who call Maggie's Place home. The mission of Maggie's Place is to provide houses of hospitality and ongoing support to help pregnant and parenting women in need reach their goals and welcome them into a community filled with love and dignity.
Race Day
October 8th 6am - 11am
Race day would not be possible without many volunteers!
The main areas we need help with are at water stations, course directing, and registration. This is a fun, fast paced morning!
Volunteer duties include: set up, take down, work registration, distribute items to participants at water stations, check-in participants, give directions on course, etc.
