We are looking for a coordinator to help direct and execute our 10 th Annual Celebration Event: Dancing with the Forest. This is our largest event of the year, supporting our cause of protecting tropical rainforests, the lungs of our planet, by supporting the native communities that thrive in it.

We are looking for a coordinator who is inventive, organized, and interpersonal to assist in organizing this event for a nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities may include,

  • Reaching out and coordinating sponsors during the event from food, drinks, entertainment
  • Develop program schedule and directing event volunteers
  • Decorating of the event space and the layout of the space, table set up etc.
  • Reaching out to the media on publicizing the event
  • Communicating to upper staff with a weekly report of the event
  • Keeping organized in excel on amounts regarding check-in, ticket sales, sponsors etc.
