Over 6 million promise cards have been counted, packed and shared around the world, only possible with the help of our volunteers. In addition to regular volunteer opportunities for promise-card distribution, we have several volunteer positions available for specific, consistent administrative needs.

Role and Responsibilities

Supervised by the Office Manager, this is a great opportunity to assist in the administrative needs of because I said I would while maintaining confidentiality with all information. The HR Intern will support the human resources by performing the following activities:

• Maintenance of human resource files
• Assist with recruiting activities
• Update and maintain intranet site
• Assist with forms processing
• Assist with other office administrative activities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Coursework in human resources
• Working knowledge of MS office suite - basic Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must understand the importance of confidentiality
• Work a consistent schedule during office hours, M-F, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Preferred Skills

• Previous work experience in human resources
