Crescent Hospice provides a variety of opportunities for volunteers to give back. Are you looking for an opportunity that allows you to be creative? Are you organized? Do you like planning? If so, we have the perfect opportunity. We currently looking for a planner interested in assisting with planning our regional memorial for families in the Columbia area. The volunteer will work alongside our bereavement coordinator for our spring memorial. You will be able to help with soliciting donations, community sponsors, and planning. If this sounds like a fit for you, we would love to speak with you.

Description

Just as every person is unique, so is every hospice patient. Our care plans are tailored to meet the needs of each patient and family. The Crescent Hospice team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers.

Hospice services include comprehensive medical care; pain and symptom management; grief/bereavement counseling, emotional and spiritual support; placement of medical equiptment and supplies; and assistance with dailiy living needs.

Hospice provides family-centered care that includes the patient and their loved ones in the decision making process. We have locations throughout South Carolina.
