Shasta, our elderly house dog, is looking for someone to walk her for short distances once a week. She is a friendly medium-sized dog, approximately 40 lbs. Sorry, she doesn't care for children too much. Requirements for the position include, first and foremost, loving dogs plus completion of a volunteer application, background check and two step TB tests. Must be 18 years or older.

Sean Humphrey House (SHH) is a nonprofit organization in Bellingham, Washington whose mission is to optimize the quality of life for low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS, who may also suffer from other diseases and disabilities, and who are unable to live independently.
Description
Sean Humphrey House (a local non profit organization providing housing for individuals living with HIV/AIDS) is seeking volunteers to help with the following:
- assist caregiver in preparing dinner
- walk our house dog
- resident companionship
- yard work
- home repairs
- fundraising
- community outreach, etc.
We are also very open to your own ideas, skills and talents that will support the house in maintaining the best possible environment for our residents.
