The Learn To Be Foundation is a 501c.3 non-profit bringing free, 1-on-1, online tutoring to underserved youth around the nation.

We are looking for volunteer tutors to help some of these youth for an hour a week online. That means you can work from anywhere with a computer and some high speed internet!

Remember that one time in school where you were struggling and you got some help from friends, family or teachers?

We'll leave you with the profile story for a recent student who was admitted into our program:

"My son is a great student with excellent behavior but lacks the resources and additional support to improve his ability to comprehend 2nd grade reading and math problem solving. I am a single parent of two boys with a full time job and a part time job and I cannot provide my sons with the additional help they need to succeed. I struggle every day knowing that my sons education is not just in the hands of teachers and they rely on my help but I can't provide the help they need. My second grader tells me all the time that I confuse him more than the teacher. I really want to raise productive and rwsponsible young men but can't afford the time or cost for tutoring. I have to make a choice either shelter or education. It's just a horrible place to be as a parent."
