Over 1,200 students from area high schools join us at Crossroads - Mason. This event invites Tri-State youth to hear motivational speakers, discuss service challenge projects focused on making an impact in their communities, and reflect on this year’s event theme: EMPOWERED.
Volunteer roles range from registration to facilitating breakout sessions. Breakout session leaders will help facilitate a conversation and seek to encourage, inspire and motivate tomorrow’s leaders to apply the knowledge and skills they learn while attending Youth Leadership Seminar to give back to their community.

AMF launched in 2002 with its goal to positively impact the youths of the Cincinnati Tri State area through various programs, scholarships, and events designed to break down racial barriers and empower and educate the children of the community.
