After-School Program: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm during school year
This program provides a safe and educational environment for children and youth (grades K - 12). A variety of educational and enrichment activities are offered throughout the week. Volunteers can assist with homework help (tutoring), helping to supervise students, and facilitate activities. Volunteers are needed to assist with students K-5 and 6-12.

Americana Community Center seeks to provide a spectrum of holistic social services that enable the many diverse residents of the Americana neighborhood and surrounding area. This enables people to discover and utilize internal and external resources to build strong families, to create a safe and supportive community, and to realize their individual potential.
Description
The Americana Community Center is located in the South End of Louisville. The South End has a large concentration of varied ethnic groups, with 26 different languages spoken. The Americana Community Center exists to be responsive to the needs of the diverse community by providing language and family based services to refugees, immigrants and other U.S. born citizens.
