Invictus Institute is a 501c3 non-profit organization that arranges for kids in developing countries to be tutored via Skype and Google Hangout. Our organization has no paid staff and is very volunteer-based. We are looking for a leader to manage our volunteers. We have easily 20+ volunteers currently and that number keeps on growing. This will be a good opportunity for an individual to get leadership and service experience.

Skills we're looking for:
Organized Responsive, ability to quickly respond to emails Effective interpersonal/communication skills Responsibilities: Communicate directives and goals from leadership team to volunteers
Ensure volunteers are having a satisfying experience Update Google Sheet, add/delete contacts on Slack
Ensure volunteers sign legal agreements and file the agreements
Recruit volunteers via Volunteer Match, Idealist, Social Media, and Email Time Commitment: 3-5 hours/week 6 months
