spin4 crohn's & colitis cures is an indoor cycling event that will take place at Flywheel Sports Santa Monica. Volunteers are need throughout the afternoon for set up, greeting participants, registration, and clean up. This event is high energy so we love volunteers who can bring their excitement and enthusiasm to the day. Shift times vary throughout the afternoon.

To cure and prevent Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis through research, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these digestive diseases through education and support.

Description

The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation is committed to eradicating two life-changing and potentially life-threatening chronic digestive diseases. Collectively known as inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), these illnesses affect over 1.6 million Americans, including more than 125,000 people in the 7 counties our chapter serves. Throughout the year the Foundation hosts special events to fulfill its mission to find cures by funding cutting-edge biomedical research, and to provide support support groups, patient and professional educational programs, and a summer camp for our children with IBD.
