We are conducting building capacity workshops for teachers and parents on stress management and best wellness practices for parents and teaching professionals using desk/chair yoga and need a volunteer teacher.
The first workshop takes place in September 19, 2017 and will be for teachers.
The second workshop takes place in October 1o, 2017 and will be for parents.
