ABOUT US
The mission of the St. Augustine Humane Society is to promote healthy, responsible, lifelong pet ownership in our community. We are not a shelter, and do not keep animals at our location. Instead, we achieve our mission by offering many important services to help pet parents keep their pets, rather than relinquishing them. Some of the services we offer include our spay and neuter program, our wellness clinic, positive dog training classes, and the pet food pantry. We rely on talented and dedicated volunteers to run these programs and to ensure that all pets and pet parents receive the care and services they need. By serving the pets who might otherwise not receive veterinary care, our clinic is the only one of its kind in St. Johns County.
