Rise unlocks potential and opens doors to success for people with disabilities through creative solutions and customized support. Rise is all about people and potential. We attract and retain exceptional people who embody our mission. In our programs, 350 team members serve over 3,000 people a year. We are seeking volunteers to ensure our job openings are posted in a timely manner to help us generate quality applicants for our positions. Volunteers are responsible for posting job postings on various online job boards, update recruitment flyers and send out our job blast to community partners.

Description
Rise offers over 40 programs to assist people in meeting their employment and housing goals. These include vocational assessment, career planning, job training, job placement, and follow-up support services as well as outreach to people who are homeless, independent living skills training, and transitional housing. Headquartered in Spring Lake Park since 1971, Rise has 30 offices located in the Twin Cities, St. Cloud, and Western Wisconsin, and we work with hundreds of businesses in those communities.
