Love horses? Curious about horses? Would you like to help create an impact in the lives of those with Special Needs and disabilities? YES? Then come join Small Miracles Therapeutic Equestrian Center's Miracle Barn Team!
Our amazing, loving therapy horses need Volunteers to help care for them and to perform barn tasks Monday - Friday 10:30am to close. No experience? We will train you! Great opportunity for homeschoolers, retirees, and for anyone who is considering horse ownership. Minimum age 14.
Small Miracles horses are an integral and beloved part of our family. Horses instinctively know how to respond in meaningful ways to meet every program participant's needs. They quickly establish the trust of the participant, never judge and show unconditional love. Our horses become the teachers, gently encouraging participants to try new things, enabling the students to discover what they truly can do. For more information on how to get involved please contact Libby Torok our Volunteer Coordinator @ volunteersmallmiracles@gmail.com
