The Harriet Beecher Stowe House is an historic house museum that is part of the Ohio History Connection network. We tell the story of Harriet and the 18 years she spent in Cincinnati as instrumental in developing her anti-slavery passion and enabling her to write Uncle Tom's Cabin. In sharing the story of abolitionism we are able to relate her words and deeds to social justice issues today.
