Mission Statement

Assisteens Auxiliary of Assistance League of SLC encourages and provides volunteer opportunities for teens in grades 7-12.

Description

Assisteens is made up of teens in grades 7-12 from schools across the Salt Lake valley. Members develop a sense of community responsibility, gain leadership skills and form lasting friendships through participation in various philanthropic projects.
Assisteens support the existing Assistance League chapter programs such as Operation School Bell and Book Bank, and also carry out their own service projects providing food and items to the needy, service to the elderly and fun projects/parties for children within the community.
