Do you love the arts? Are you passionate about access and inclusion for people with disabilities? If so, you might enjoy the opportunity to network with like-minded peers, artists and advocates by serving on the board of VSA Ohio ( www.vsao.org).

In quarterly meetings, we discuss program updates and offer board members opportunities to serve as change agents in program and operational development advocates throughout the year. Ideal candidates understand the role of a board of directors and are willing to offer their time, talent, and treasure. We rely on our board to provide relevant expertise drawn from life and career experience. VSA Ohio is a relatively small organization, but you can be part of a big impact on accessible arts in Ohio!

We are a statewide organization making the arts and arts education more accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities. Our work takes us into classrooms, galleries, and the public arena, where we share information and resources with artists, educators, and administrators. We change perceptions about ability and disability by connecting people to accessible, creative opportunities that celebrate life through art. Additionally, we conduct an annual visual art exhibit, present the ReelAbilities Film Festival Columbus, host artist residencies, support creative careers, and provide consultation services to the cultural sector.
