Our Run for Adoption 5K is part of our celebration of National Adoption Month and recognizes the importance of permanency for all children; we believe it is in the context of family that children learn, grow, thrive and heal. This is our third annual fun run/walk, and we are excited to be back at Waterfall Park.
Volunteers will help us with operating registration, monitoring the course, passing out water and food, and bestowing medals.

Description
FosterAdopt Connect provides comprehensive support for abused and neglected children and the families caring for them. We believe it is in the context of family that children learn, grow, thrive and heal. To promote the permanency children need, we offer a broad range of services: foster, relative, and kinship home licensing; professional advocacy; specialized training; thorough family finding programs; in-home mental and behavioral health assistance; case management for foster care alumni; a safe place for children in our shelter; and physical support through our food pantry/clothing closet.
