For us, it’s all about the people. We celebrate each individual we serve, knowing they have their own combination of challenges and definition of success. We offer a wide variety of programs and services to help people navigate challenges, secure resources and get support to live life on their own terms. We meet people where they are and guide them to where they want to be, using a proven framework to help people achieve their goals. From serving families with children who need support to helping those in our community that are aging, our programs lead the way in person-centered thinking.

We’re always in need of volunteers to fill a variety of positions. Our Volunteer Coordinator will work with you to find the right fit for what you are looking to accomplish. If it be a business team, department, or individual volunteering, we have many fulfilling opportunities to help you make an impact in the community!

Mission Statement

As listeners, learners and leaders, we will stand with and support people with disabilities in their communities as they pursue their personal dreams and goals.

Description

We're here to help people cope with the issues surrounding social injustice, low income, aging, and homelessness -- and, in doing so, to help them live their greatest lives.

Since 1971, we've been meeting people where they are and bringing them what they need to live as independently, creatively, and fully as possible. We offer a variety of services and supports, which have all been developed as a result of listening to and understanding the needs of the people we serve, their loved ones and their communities.
