The Festival of Children is a month-long event in conjunction with National Child Awareness Month that showcases over 70 children's charities, offers free entertainment and arts & crafts for children of all ages.
The Child Creativity Lab will be bringing a free hands-on, arts-based mixed media craft activity for the kids on Saturday, September 16 from 12pm - 4pm. Volunteers who enjoy working with kids are welcome! Shifts have been created to break up the day into smaller chunks.

Description
Child Creativity Lab offers educational programs that focus on creativity-enhancing stimulation and inspiration in alignment and in support of NGSS for elementary age students, K-6th. These science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) based programs are facilitated at the Child Creativity Lab Depot for Creative Reuse Center in Santa Ana and directly on-site at schools, after-school programs, libraries, community events, faith-based organizations, and more via our outreach program.
