Great Lakes Caring Hospice is seeking teen volunteers that would like to make a difference. We are seeking local teens to provide companionship visits to our patients in local nursing facilities. These visits can consist of taking patients to facility activities ( Bingo , Crafts, Special Events), playing an instrument, painting nails, playing games, taking patients outside on nice days, reading to them or simply providing 1:1 conversation.
This is a great opportunity to make a difference, gain new friendships with your peers, college and resume building, and can meet required volunteer hours for your classes.
