Volunteers are essential in the daily operation of the library, shelving returned materials, cleaning, and performing clerical and craft tasks. We value the help of our experienced volunteers at special events, such as Home for the Holidays and the Summer Kick-Off. In the summer, volunteers award prizes at the Summer Reading table. Volunteers may sign up online any time for convenient two hour shifts Monday through Thursday 10-8; Friday and Saturday 10-6. If you enjoy these sorts of activities and our scheduling system appeals to you, we would love to have you join us in serving the community.
