You can share the fun and excitement as a Parking Volunteer!

All you Early Birds can help us catch the worms...or in this case the cars! We need 10 energetic volunteers help direct people where to park their cars at Long Branch Park on September 9, 2017. It's the 23rd Annual Dunkin Run - Arc Race to benefit the Arc of Onondaga.
As a volunteer it is an early morning, but with any luck, you won't have to stay the full half day and you will done in 3-4 hours!
Must like working with the public, getting free tee shirts, and working with a fun bunch of people!

To help individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their fullest potential.

Description

A group of concerned parents got together in 1951 to help ensure their children received the best educational and social services possible. Since then, Arc of Onondaga has been providing quality services for people with developmental disabilities of all ages. Arc of Onondaga, a chapter of NYSARC, Inc., is the largest private provider of these services in the county.

Arc of Onondaga provides services to almost 3,000 individuals with developmental disabilities and their family members through a wide variety of services and programs. It is the mission of Arc of Onondaga to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their fullest potential.

Arc provides residential, vocational, habilitative, clinical, and other important services on a daily basis at over 35 locations throughout Onondaga County. Arc is a true community based organization, thriving on community involvement and inclusion as well as relying on community membership to build its base of support.
