The pet therapy program is an additional support to our Kindred Hospice patients. Both the certified pet and the volunteer will provide comfort, compassion and a welcome distraction from the illness of the hospice patient. The pet must be certified/registered by an American Kennel Club (AKC) recognized therapy dog organization. Vaccinations must be up to date.
