Whether you live across the street or across the country from your aging friends and family, it helps to know that they have someone nearby when they need support. Sometimes that need is just a friendly, compassionate companion who will sit and visit, play a card game or reminisce. Volunteers may also provide a safe and comfortable environment while providing respite care for hardworking caregivers.
We are looking for companions who will spend quality time with an older adult in our community. An hour or two of your time is all it takes to make the difference in their lives and/or the lives of their caregivers.
