Farmers Market Cooking Demonstration
ORGANIZATION: Paul's Place, Inc.
Please visit the new page to apply.
This volunteer(s) will "cook" or mix together a recipe featuring seasonal food at the market, allowing guests to taste the food and to see the simplicity of the recipe. Volunteers can come up with their own recipe (that matches the Maryland Farmers Market Nutrition Education curriculum) or we can give you a recipe. Volunteers are responsible for purchasing all ingredients and will be reimbursed. Hopefully you can purchase most at the market. Volunteer also makes sure all materials are set up, clean and put away when finished. We provide utensils and bowls (no cooking capabilities unless you bring something to cook on).
