ORGANIZATION: Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati

Volunteer consultants provide professional knowledge and expertise as they assist nonprofit clients to find solutions to identified operational problems and plan development. You are deployed in volunteer teams (of at least two people) under the direction of an ESCC Volunteer Project Manager and with support from ESCC's Vice President Consulting Services.

The ideal volunteer will have a minimum of 10 years leadership/management experience, have a passion for community transformation, and is comfortable being part of a team.

ESCC consists of a dedicated group of highly skilled volunteers who have a passion for transforming our community. We give back by consulting, coaching, and/or teaching leadership development to nonprofit organizations who want to become more effective.

Late last year, ESCC merged with ReSource. Later this spring our name will change to reflect our expanded mission.
