Event Description:
The BIG Give has become the annual event that brings Austin together to celebrate giving back while having a great time! This year we are highlighting our community with local food, cocktails, music, causes, & an exciting silent auction showcasing the best of Austin.

Volunteer Needs:
BIG Give volunteers to arrive at Hotel Van Zandt at 5:00pm for a quick pre-event volunteer meeting. Shifts are one hour long during the three hour event between 6-10:30pm. The rest of the time volunteers are able to enjoy the party, food, and drink!
Job description:
Silent Auction Volunteer: Help guests navigate silent auction. This includes helping guests find an item, bid on items, & promote packages. Help guests check out and pickup items at the end of the night.
Check-In Volunteer: Check guests in and direct guests to take photos at entrance.
Activity Volunteer: Help guest navigate activities such as nail art & wine toss

Programs like Amplify Austin Day, See Jane Give(tm), Give Back Jack(tm), Giving Tuesday, and the Board Internship Program are designed to help locals find the issues they care about and take action to be part of the solution. By inspiring new and young, givers, volunteers, and activists to make an impact on the community where they live, I Live Here I Give Here(tm) is ensuring that Austin thrives for decades to come. I Live Here I Give Here was established in 2007.
