Volunteer amid the beautiful scenery of an Illinois Dedicated Nature Preserve - Severson Dells! Experience this 369-acre woodland complete with dolomite cliffs and 3 miles of hiking trails for visitors of all ages!
Assistance is needed with post-race party preparations of our new 24-hour scavenger hunt, Forest Quest, from 3:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 15th.* Help us with event set-up, tallying team submissions, award-ceremony details, and event tear-down/clean up. There will be live music, merriment and MORE! To volunteer, e-mail komalley@winnebagoforest.org, or call (815) 877-6100.
*Event proceeds will benefit nature education programs at Severson Dells and volunteer education programs to enhance habitat throughout all 43 Forest Preserves of Winnebago County.
