At Caris Healthcare we honor those that serve and have served in our military. I am looking for a small group of volunteers (or individuals willing to participate) to prepare breakfast/treat baskets for those currently serving our country, those considering serving our country, and veterans.
Ways to volunteer:
-Volunteer your time to prepare the baskets and deliver the baskets in Nashville area (by the airport).
-Create cards or banner honoring our service men and women, veterans, those considering joining the military.
-Bake/prepare breakfast dishes, treats, and/or snacks that can go into the baskets
-Donate items to go into baskets (ideas for items to donate: K-cups, coffee add ins, small dollar value gift cards to breakfast/lunch establishments, snacks/mints/candies, toiletries, patriotic decorations...)
This opportunity is flexible. If you or your group has an amazing idea of how we can honor our service men and women for Labor Day through these baskets please let me know. I am willing to work with your schedule and your creativity.

Description
The focus of hospice care is on the patient and the family - the unit of care. One way that Caris achieves this is through what is known as The Better Way program. The program incorporates customer care initiatives into the daily activities of all employees, from clinical staff and volunteers to administrators.
