As a Main Office helper/Receptionist, the person will greet visitors (after they have signed in with the Security Officer) and assist visitors in what they need (whether coming to meet with Administration, the Nurse or someone else at the school, have questions regarding the school, etc.).
The days we are looking for: Wednesdays and/or Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., but can be changed depending on the volunteer's availability.
The Main Office helper/Receptionist will also do some filing, answer calls, make copies and other office, non-confidential duties.
Feel free to view the school's website www.hartfordprekmagnet.org for more information on who we are, who we serve and our location.
Thank you for considering to volunteer at our little pre-k magnet school community.
