ORGANIZATION: Boys & Girls Club of Carson

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others become prepared during an emergency. We are looking for someone to assist in planning an emergency and disaster preparation for staff members who work directly with our students. The hours are flexible between 9am to 6pm, Mondays through Friday.

Description

Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson (BGCC) is part of the Boys & Girls Club of America movement that provides outcome-based after-school and summer programming to youth ages 6 through 18 years old. In 2016, our Club was ranked as the fastest-growing Club for teens nationwide.

As an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we are comprised of twenty-eight locations in Carson, Gardena, Watts, and South Bay of Los Angeles - 1 Clubhouse, 18 elementary schools, 7 middle schools, and 3 high schools.
