Teens wanted to help younger students (grades 1-5) who are struggling with homework. Volunteers gain valuable mentoring and leadership skills, as well as community service credit.
- Teens in grades 8-12 must have a G.P.A. of 3.4 or higher.
- Applications are due by SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2017
- Mandatory teen training is Monday, September 18th, 4:30-6pm
- Applications available online at: http://www.burlingame.org/index.aspx?page=301 or at the Children's Desk of the Main Library.
- Commitment is one semester (or 4 months), once a week for one hour.
- Applications and/or inquiries NOT accepted from parents. This program expects teens to work independently with minimal supervision. Thanks for your understanding!
