Valiant Hearts is working to eradicate sexual exploitation. One of our programs is for women who have been exploited by trafficking, or by working in the sex industry (strip clubs, prostitution, etc.). Once a quarter we take gifts into the strip clubs, and we also have a message of hope. Those gifts need to be organized, inventoried, assembled, etc. See the description for the Inventory Manager below.
Inventory Organizer
- Develop and maintain spreadsheet with gift product inventories on hand (invitations, lip glosses, other OR gifts like bracelets nail polish, redbull, gift cards, candy bags, etc.)
- Work with office manager to ensure gift products are ordered and received in time for Gift to Go kits to be assembled.
- Purchase the "non-ordered" (i.e. locally procured) gifts such as redbulls, candy, gift cards, plastic carry bin replacements, etc.
- Periodic inventory review activities (determining what’s on hand, what items can be used for outreach or volunteers or Butterflies, or what items should be donated or disposed of).
- Assist with Gift Prep events when scheduled at the Church
Requirements:
Familiar with the creation and updating of excel spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills
Creative thinker and problem solver

What We Do
Valiant Hearts focuses its efforts on five target groups. Through partnerships with churches, schools, and other nonprofit organizations, we are able to combat the effects of sexual exploitation from both a preventative and restorative approach.

Men overcoming sexual bondage
Youth who have been targeted
Families who have been impacted
Internationally trafficked victims
