Position: Front Desk Greeter

Supervisor: Family Education Program

Schedule: Shifts available Monday, Tuesday, and or Thursday 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM/ Saturday 10 am -12:30 pm

Commitment: Minimum commitment of 4 hours per week for one to three months.

Description of Duties:

• Greet public
• Answer and forward calls
• Answer questions about Any Baby Can
• Light office work
• Maintain reception and waiting rooms neat and orderly

Requirements:

• Friendly, positive, professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate multi-line phone
• Ability to learn information about Any Baby Can
• Ability to work with people of many different backgrounds and abilities
• Pass a background check
• Maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff and volunteers
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (optional, but highly desirable)

Training & Supervision

• Attends general volunteer orientation and training
