Where:Covenant Hills Camp
Cost: FREE
Ages: 6-16 for campers
CAMP TMT is a safe place for children to learn to cope with their own grief and to know that many other children are coping with the loss of a loved one. Staff will provide planned support groups to help children grieve and express themselves in a safe and healthy manner. Campers will participate in fun activities like a rock climbing wall, swimming, and arts/crafts. Meals and snacks are provided daily and a memorial service to include family members will be held on the final day of camp. * We are still taking campers, if you know a child in need of the grief support.
We need volunteers to be a "buddy" to the camper. You will go with your camper to support groups and also have fun doing activities together.
