Give arts is a program within A Free Bird where we are given and pass along free instruments to the children so that they can use it to practice their musical talent. We also donate equipment to hospitals.

Overall Responsibilities
This person must be able to feel comfortable reaching out to companies via email, phone, and in person. Must be willing to find musical instruments that companies would like to donate or give away to the organization to de distributed to the children. Person must be willing to travel and give instruments to children and take photos for our social media pages. Working closely with the Programs Department and with the coordination of events where the children will receive the instruments as well as coordinating times that the children will be available to meet with you and the programs department to drop off the instruments to the children.

• Be ready to work with moving companies.
• Be organized as you will be keeping track of the instruments we have available.
• Must be willing to travel to the storage unit, chid's home, and hospital
• Be available 10-12 hours per week. ]
• Must have own laptop/computer to work from and have a smartphone device
• Familiar with Google Docs
• Willing to work individually as well as in a team.
• Be comfortable with social media as you will be posting and reaching out to companies via social media outposts.
