Education is key to connecting more people to diagnosis and support for Alzheimer's or any memory loss.
The Alzheimer's Association is needing additional volunteers who are interested in presenting education in and around Jefferson City, MO. The curriculum and training is provided. Interested volunteers should be comfortable speaking to average audience of 15, using powerpoint, and enthusiastic about connecting people back the Association's FREE programs and services.

This opportunity is flexible in that you speak when your schedule allows.

Description

We are the primary community resource for Alzheimers disease and related disorders through family services, education, public policy and research. We serve 96 counties in Illinois and Missouri, Skilled volunteers join professional staff to participate at every level of service from office support to public speaking to leadership and more. The associations success and growth are due to the dedication nearly 1,000 volunteers, including students and interns.
